1. First, send photos of your damaged padel racket so we can assess if it's repairable. If so, we'll provide you with a price estimate. Upload through Whatsapp

2. If your padel racket can be repaired, and you agree with the price estimate, you can send it in.

3. Repair duration is 3 to 4 weeks.

4. Once your padel racket is ready, we'll notify you and send it to you. Payment through Paypal.

5. Shipping costs from you to us are your responsibility. (appr. £ 8,- to our Netherlands Repair Center)

6. Shipping costs back to you are on us.
